Shipping and returns is the least glamorous page on any store, and the one that decides whether a customer comes back. So this page states the real rules rather than the hopeful version: what leaves our warehouse and when, what the carrier does with your parcel, what happens when a device arrives dead, and what we will not accept as a return.
Every policy below applies to adult customers aged 21 or over whose age check has cleared, and it applies to all five ranges – Lava Monster Vape 25K, Lava Plus 2600, Lava Big Boy 7000, limited edition drops and combo and bulk packs. Where something depends on your state or on the carrier, we say so rather than pretending a single rule covers the whole country.

Shipping And Returns: What This Page Covers
Three topics, in the order you will meet them: dispatch (how fast an order leaves), delivery (how long the carrier takes and what it requires at the door), and returns (what is reversible and what is not). Reading only one section is fine if you know which question you have – the links below jump you to the right one.
- Disposable vape delivery – the daily cut-off, same-day dispatch and how tracking reaches you.
- Vape shipping policy – flat-rate shipping, carrier choice and state restrictions.
- US vape delivery times – honest windows per region instead of a single optimistic number.
- Vape return policy – the fault window, opened-device rules and refund mechanics.
The one-line summary. Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same business day from our own warehouse; genuine faults are replaced or refunded within the published window; opened consumables cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Disposable Vape Delivery: Cut-Off, Dispatch And Tracking
Disposable vape delivery starts with dispatch, not with the carrier, so the first thing worth knowing is where your parcel begins. Every order we ship leaves our own warehouse on a business day, packed and labelled by the people who answer your questions – not handed to a third-party drop-shipper who never sees the product.
| Stage | What happens | When |
|---|---|---|
| Order placed | Payment authorised and age check run | Immediately |
| Picked and packed | Device and packaging checked against the order | Same business day |
| Label scanned | Tracking email sent to your address | Same business day |
| In transit | Carrier moves the parcel to your region | One to five business days |
| At the door | Adults-only handover where required | Final delivery day |
The daily cut-off
Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are picked the same day. Orders placed after it are first in the queue the next business day, and orders placed at the weekend enter the queue on Monday. We publish a single cut-off rather than pretending overnight dispatch happens around the clock, because a promise you cannot keep is worse than a modest one you always keep.
Tracking that tells you something
Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the label – the moment the parcel is actually moving – rather than when it reaches a regional hub. That makes the first tracking update the most useful one, and it means an order that has not dispatched never looks like a parcel that is merely quiet.
Adults-only handover
Some regions require an adult signature at the door on top of the online age check, so a parcel may need someone aged 21 or over present to receive it. That requirement is set by regulators and carriers rather than by us, and it is also why PO boxes are restricted – a mailbox cannot prove anyone’s age. If no adult is available, the carrier will usually attempt delivery again rather than leaving the parcel.

Vape Shipping Policy: Costs, Carriers And Restrictions
A vape shipping policy has to do two jobs: explain what delivery costs, and explain what cannot be shipped where. Ours does both in plain terms, and it is the page we update first whenever a state rule changes.
| Item | Policy |
|---|---|
| Shipping cost | Flat rate per order, shown at checkout before payment |
| Free shipping threshold | Applied automatically on qualifying order totals |
| Carriers | Regional carriers selected per destination, all adults-only capable |
| Delivery area | United States, excluding restricted states and territories |
| PO boxes | Not accepted – adult handover cannot be satisfied |
| Dispatch origin | Our own warehouse, not a third-party fulfilment centre |
Why some states are restricted
Nicotine products are regulated at state level as well as federally, and some states restrict or prohibit direct-to-consumer delivery. Where that applies, we do not ship the order and we do not quietly reroute it – the order is cancelled and refunded, and the reason is stated. Attempting to ship around a state restriction would put your order and our licence at risk, so we will not do it.
Why payment clears before dispatch
Nothing leaves the warehouse until payment has authorised and the age check has cleared. That sequence is deliberate: it is what stops an underage order from reaching a doorstep, and it is why an order can sit for a few hours showing as pending. The alternative – shipping first and verifying later – would put a nicotine product in the wrong hands, which is not a trade-off we are willing to make.
Packaging and privacy
Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents, no branding on the outside and no product names on the label. Inside, every device arrives sealed with its own packaging intact. If you need the contents kept private from a household member, the outer box gives nothing away – and the nicotine warning required by law is on the product packaging, as required, rather than displayed on the outside of the parcel.
US Vape Delivery Times: Realistic Windows By Region
Everyone wants one number for US vape delivery times, and the honest answer is a range. Below are the windows we actually see, based on everyday carrier performance rather than a best-case scenario, and they all start from the dispatch day rather than the order day.
| Destination | Typical window | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Same state | 1-2 business days | Usually the fastest lane |
| Neighbouring states | 2-3 business days | Regular ground service |
| Cross-country | 3-5 business days | Longest standard lane |
| Rural or remote | 4-6 business days | Carrier routing adds a day or two |
| Peak season | Add 1-2 days | Holiday volume affects all carriers |
Two caveats, stated rather than buried. First, business days exclude weekends and public holidays, so a Friday dispatch in a three-day window lands midweek, not on Sunday. Second, weather and carrier network issues can add days to any lane. When that happens we would rather tell you than let a tracking page sit silent, so contact the desk if a parcel stops moving for more than a couple of days.
What slows a delivery down
- An age check that has not cleared – nothing dispatches until it does.
- An adult signature that nobody was available to provide on the first attempt.
- A payment that has authorised but not settled at the daily cut-off.
- A state restriction discovered after the order was placed, which cancels it outright.
- Peak season volume at the carrier, which is outside anyone’s control.

Vape Return Policy: What Can And Cannot Be Returned
The vape return policy below is short because the underlying logic is simple: a consumable that has been opened cannot be resold safely, so it cannot come back. A device that never worked is a different matter entirely, and those are covered properly.
| Situation | Returnable? | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Dead on arrival or will not fire | Yes | Replacement or refund |
| Leaking before first use | Yes | Replacement or refund |
| Wrong flavour or strength shipped | Yes | Replacement or refund |
| Damaged in transit | Yes | Replacement or refund |
| Opened and simply not liked | No | Not returnable |
| Change of mind, unopened | Case by case | Contact the desk within the window |
| Heat or misuse damage | No | Not covered |
The fault window
Report a genuine fault within the published window from delivery – the full conditions sit on the refund policy page – and include your order number plus a photo of the device and its packaging. That single message is usually all it takes, because the batch number on the packaging lets us check whether the same carton has produced other reports.
Why opened devices cannot be returned
This is the part of any vape return policy that customers like least and that no honest retailer can change. Once a disposable has been opened, we cannot verify what happened to it and we cannot resell it – so accepting it back would mean destroying stock and passing that cost on to everyone else. Flavour preference is a real disappointment, but it is not a fault, and we would rather say that upfront than argue about it after the fact.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, issued once the claim is confirmed. We do not issue store credit as a substitute, and we do not require you to accept a replacement you did not ask for. If a replacement is what you want, we send that instead and the refund question does not arise.
Shipping And Returns For Bulk And Combo Orders
Shipping and returns rules matter most on the orders where the ticket value is highest, and that means combo and bulk packs rather than a single device. A carton of ten or twenty units raises its own practical questions, so here they are answered before you check out rather than after.
Bulk orders ship in one parcel
A combo or bulk pack is picked, packed and shipped as a single parcel with one tracking number and one adults-only handover. We do not split a multi-unit order across several consignments unless a range you ordered is genuinely short, and in that case we tell you before dispatch instead of sending a partial parcel and letting you discover the gap at the door. One parcel also means one delivery attempt and one signature, which is far easier to arrange than four arrivals on four different days.
Packing for a multi-unit order
Multi-unit orders are packed with internal padding so that devices cannot shift and press against each other in transit. Disposables are sealed units, but a carton that rattles for three days across the country is a carton that arrives with scuffed packaging, and scuffed packaging makes a fault claim harder to assess. Padding is cheap; a disputed claim is not.
Everything ships in plain outer packaging regardless of order size. A twenty-unit bulk pack looks like an ordinary brown box from the outside, with no branding and no product names on the label. What is inside is your business and stays that way.
Free shipping on qualifying totals
The free shipping threshold applies to the order total automatically at checkout, and bulk packs reach it far more easily than single-device orders. There is no code to remember and no minimum unit count to hit – the cart does the arithmetic. Larger orders also reduce the effective delivery cost per device, which is the practical reason buyers consolidate a month’s supply into one purchase rather than ordering weekly.
Faults within a bulk pack
If one device from a multi-unit pack is dead on arrival, we do not require the whole pack to come back. Report the single unit with its batch number and packaging photo and we replace that device. Because every unit in a pack shares a batch code, one report also tells us whether the rest of that carton needs watching, and we will contact you proactively if we find a pattern worth flagging.
The same return rules apply to every unit: dead on arrival, leaking before first use, wrong flavour or strength shipped, and transit damage are all covered, while opened consumables bought for a change of mind are not. Buying twenty units does not change the policy on either side of that line – it just makes the covered cases more likely to matter.

Damaged, Lost And Wrong Parcels
Transit problems are ours to fix, not yours to chase. If a parcel arrives damaged, arrives with the wrong item, or never arrives at all, the process below is what happens next.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the outer packaging and the device before disposing of anything, then message the desk with your order number. Damage that occurred in transit is covered, and replacing it is our cost. Keeping the packaging for a few days is the single thing that makes this fastest, because the batch and label details travel with it.
Lost in transit
If tracking stops moving for more than a few business days, message us and we will check the dispatch record against the carrier’s. Where a parcel is genuinely lost, we reship or refund while the carrier claim is handled on our side. You should not have to arbitrate between a shop and a courier, and you will not have to here.
Wrong item received
Wrong-item reports are treated as our error and resolved with the item you actually ordered. Send a photo of what arrived with the order number, and we will dispatch the correct device without asking you to return a consumable you cannot safely send back.
Contacting Us About A Parcel
A question about a parcel should take you one message, not five. Include the order number, the email address used at checkout, and a photo if the issue is damage or a wrong item. With those three things the desk can pull the dispatch record, the carrier scan history and the batch number in a single pass, which is why most cases are resolved in the first reply.
- Not yet dispatched – we check the cut-off and the age-check status, then confirm the dispatch day.
- Tracking stalled – we compare our dispatch record against the carrier scan history and raise a trace if needed.
- Damaged or wrong item – send the photo with the order number and we start the replacement immediately.
- Address problem – tell us before dispatch if you can, because a parcel cannot be redirected once it is with the carrier.
One thing we cannot do is change a delivery address after dispatch. Carriers will not redirect an adults-only parcel in transit, and any attempt to do so simply delays it. If you spot a mistake in the address, message the desk straight away – before the cut-off there is usually still time to correct it on the label.
Every parcel question is answered within one business day, and a genuinely damaged device is never your problem to solve. The full legal position for refunds, cancellations and consumer rights sits on the refund policy page, and every delivery requirement described above applies to all five ranges we stock.
